Yes. Whiteout Tequila Blanco is made from 100% blue agave with zero additives. Whiteout Blitz RTD is made with real tequila and organic agave nectar — no gluten containing ingredients in any product.

No. All Whiteout products contain alcohol and are not considered Halal.

Whiteout Blanco is distilled and bottled at origin in Jalisco, Mexico under NOM 1498, in strict compliance with the Denomination of Origin Tequila and Mexico's official tequila standards. Born in Mexico. Raised in Pennsylvania.

Whiteout Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila blanco — unaged, additive-free, and bottled immediately after distillation to preserve the clean, natural character of the agave.

Neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. It's a smooth, clean blanco that works as well in a sipping glass as it does in a margarita.

Whiteout Blitz is our premium tequila-based RTD (ready-to-drink) cocktail — a blue agave lemonade made with real 100% blue agave tequila and sweetened with organic agave nectar. 4.2% ABV, 120 calories per 12 oz can.

Unfortunately not, all orders are shipped with Standard shipping. If you’re eligible for delivery, you’ll be able to select your preferred time and day for delivery. 

21 years old. A valid ID is required at delivery.

Yes. Someone 21+ with a photo ID must be present at the time of delivery to sign. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.

Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an adult Signature.

We ship to all states in the continental US, except for Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah. Currently we are able to ship to AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday - Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-14 business days after shipment.

The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days. The time to ship after fulfillment: Northeast: 2-4 business days, Midwest: 3-5 business days, Southeast: 4-7 business days, West: 6-9 business days. In very specific cases it can take up to 14 business days.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email after 3 days, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we can’t reschedule your delivery. Please reach out to orders@whiteoutagave.com if you need us to hold your shipment. Please keep in mind that we might not be able to comply with your request.

Unfortunately not at the moment if the order has already been placed and is in process. Please email orders@whiteoutagave.com and we will try to accommodate if we can. 

All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the regulations regarding alcohol. However, if you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, the goods you received do not match your order, or anything is missing from your order, email us at orders@whiteoutagave.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description of the damages or incorrect items and you must include pictures. We replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once the evidence of the damaged or incorrect goods is received and inspected or an undeliverable item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at orders@whiteoutagave.com . If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.

Sometimes when multiple boxes are shipped, different tracking links are generated per order and in very few cases some can be lost or misplaced. Please reach out to customer service at orders@whiteoutagave.com so we can look into it and help you.
